All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and no soldering onto the board.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address given to you by our support team.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For products defective or damaged on receipt, please email customer service at [email protected] to arrange a repair or exchange under our Guarantee.
This Guarantee applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Blayze Tech Limited (the "Physical Goods").
WHAT DOES THIS GUARANTEE COVER
This Guarantee covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Guarantee Period.
During the Guarantee Period, Blayze Tech Limited will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS
Blayze Tech Limited will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST
The Guarantee Period for Physical Goods purchased from Blayze Tech Ltd is 180 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining guarantee of the original Physical Good or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
This Guarantee does not cover any problem that is caused by:
● Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
● Damage to the circuitry caused by soldering components
● Issues caused by running software that has not been published by Blayze Tech Limited
